65例中心静脉置管临床应用分析

【摘要】 目的总结分析中心静脉置管建立血管通路及其临床应用特点。方法回顾性分析65例中心静脉置管建立血管通路及其临床应用,观察置管成功率、导管留置时间、置管相关并发症等。结果颈内静脉置管成功率92%,锁骨下静脉置管成功率94%,置管相关并发症发生率均较低。结论中心静脉置管建立血管通路具有使用可靠、成功率高的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the characteristics of central venous catheterization(CVC) and its clinical application. Methods 65 CVC procedures were performed and the rate of success of CVC, the catheters’ survival life, complications of catheterization were observed retrospectively. Results the rate of success of internal jugular vein catheterization was 92%, the rate of Subclavian vein catheterization was 94% ; the incidence of complications of CVC was comparatively low. Conclusions CVC is an reliable vascular access and relatively easy to establish.更多还原
