大孔吸附树脂分离纯化山楂叶总黄酮的研究
Studies on separation and purification of total flavons from leaves of Crataegus Pinnatifida Bge. with Macroporus Resin
【摘要】 目的研究D101树脂吸附、纯化山楂叶总黄酮的工艺条件及参数。方法以山楂叶总黄酮的收率为指标,对D101大孔树脂吸附纯化山楂叶总黄酮的工艺条件进行了筛选。结果D101大孔树脂对山楂叶总黄酮吸附纯化的最佳条件为树脂投量与生药比为4:1,以70%乙醇作为洗脱剂,洗脱流速为2ml/min,溶剂用量与生药比为20:1,吸附时间为1.5h。采用本工艺山楂叶总黄酮的收率达5.17%,纯度为67.22%。结论该工艺简便,适于山楂叶总黄酮的吸附纯化。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the condition and parameters of purifying total flavones from leaves of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge. with D101 macroporus resin. Methods The technical conditions for purification of total flavones by D101 macroporus resin was screened by yield of total flavones product. Results The optimum process condition was wet resin vs crude herbs: 4:1,70% ethanol as eluting solvent, eluting rate at 2ml/min,eluting solvent vs crude herbs:10:1,absorbing time for 1.5h.The yield of total flavones from leaves of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge. by this process was 5.17%,and the purify reached 67.22%.Conclusions The process is simple and convenient. The method of purification is advisable.
