【摘要】 目的探讨一种安全、有效的腹腔镜脐部穿刺方法。方法均使用国产气腹针、圆锥形trocar。患者仰卧位,脐部上缘切口,斜向穿刺;上提、拍打腹壁;形成气腹等步骤进行穿刺。结果共进行此类穿刺578例,一次成功570例,成功率98.6%,其余8例二次穿刺全部成功。全组病例共出现3例轻度大网膜气肿,不影响术野,未特殊处理,手术结束时气肿消失。无其余副损伤。结论此穿刺方法安全性好,简单易学,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Discuss on safety of first puncture in laparoscopic surgey.Methods Home-made veress and cone-trocar should be used in all case,the patients should lie on their backs,and be lifted and patted on their abdomens,the cone trocar is punctured above the navel,slanting ways like the letter "Z". Results Be punctured successfully at the first time in 570 cases;the others 8 cases are punctured successfully at the second time.There are 3 cases appear complication such as light omentum emphysema in all 578 cases,others are safety without serious complication. Conclusions The way to puncture is safety and effective.It’s easy to learn with little danger and is fit for green operators and hospital in the countryside.更多还原
