抚触对新生儿生长发育的影响临床观察

【摘要】 目的探讨抚触对新生儿生长发育的影响。方法新生儿240例随机分为抚触组和对照组各120例,均按常规护理,母乳喂养,抚触组在此基础上进行头面、胸背及四肢抚触。结果抚触组新生儿头围、身长及体重均增长,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论抚触能促进新生儿生长发育,是一种有效的增强身心健康传递母子亲情的实用技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The study is to investigate the influence of fondling to touch on the new borns growth.Methods 240 new borns are casually divided into two groups,120 individuals as the touching group and 120 individuals as the control group. All those given regulation nursing, and kept female milk feeding In addition, the new borns of touching group are fondled by mothers on the heads, the chests, the backs , the arms and legs. Results Fondling to touch a set of new born’s head to round, the height and weight all increase. As a result,compared with the control group,there are significant differences to show(P>0.01). Conclusions Fondling to touch new borns can improve the growth of new borns. It is a practical technique of improving health effectively and delivering the mother and child natural affection.更多还原
