药物按摩治疗新生儿硬肿症的效果观察及护理

【摘要】 目的利用经济、简便的方法,维生素E注射液加山莨菪碱(654-2)注射液按摩治疗新生儿硬肿症并作护理方面的记录,总结护理方面的经验。方法将75例病人随机分成观察组40例和对照组35例,观察组用维生素E注射液加654-2注射液外搽按摩硬肿部位,对照组单纯用维生素E注射液外搽按摩硬肿部位,观察两组硬肿开始显效时间、硬肿消退时间、治愈、未愈。结果观察组比对照组在硬肿显效时间、硬肿消退时间明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论应用维生素E注射液加654-2注射液外搽按摩治疗新生儿硬肿症的效果明显尤于单纯用维生素E注射液外搽按摩治疗新生儿硬肿症,是一种高效、经济、简便的方法,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing effect of massotheraphy with application of injections of vitamin E plus 654-2 on scleredema of the newborn. Methods A total of 75 patients are randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n=40) and control group (n=35). The patients in the observation group received massotheraphy with application of injections of vitamin E plus 654-2 on the scleredemas. The control group received nursing of massotheraphy with application of only vitamin E injection on the scleredemas. Compare the lengths of time needed when the curative effects began to appear, the lengths of time needed when the sclenedemas recoverd and the nursing effects between the two groups. Results The lengths of time when the curative effect began to appear and when the scleredemas among the observation group are obviously shorter than those of the control group (p<0.01). Conclusion The effect of massotheraphy with application of injections vitamin E plus 654-2 on scleredema of the newborn surpass that of the traditional massotheraphy with application of only vitamin E injection. The massotheraphy with application of injections of vitamin E plus 654-2 is effective, economical and convenient.更多还原
