【摘要】 目的探讨p63和S100蛋白(S100)在乳腺肌上皮细胞中的表达及其敏感性的比较。方法采用免疫组织化学EliVision法检测53例乳腺增生症和21例乳腺癌组织p63和S100蛋白表达,每例选取10个腺泡进行观察,并将结果进行统计分析。结果p63和S100在乳腺肌上皮细胞中的阳性率分别为98.87%(524/530)和96.98%(514/530),前者高于后者(X2=4.64,P<0.05)。p63和S100在乳腺癌组织中未见表达。结论p63和S100是乳腺肌上皮细胞的良好标记物,p63敏感性高于S100。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore p63 and S100 protein expression and comparison of the sensitivity in breast myoepithelial cells.Methods The expression of p63 and S100 protein was identified by using Elivision’s immunohistochemical essay in the paraffin embed tissue sections of 53 cases of benign breast hyperplasia and 21 cases of breast carcinomas respectively. Choosed ten glands from every case were observed, and to correlate with the results.Results The positive immunohistochemical reaction of p63 and S100 protein were found in 98.87%(524/530)and 96.98%(514/530) respectively. The difference between two groups was statistically significant (X~2=4.64,P<0.05).There were no protein expression of p63 and S100 in breast arcinomas.Conclusion p63 and S100 are good markers of breast myoepithelial cells,and more sensitivity in p63 staining than in S100.更多还原
