【摘要】 目的了解孕早期肌注HBIG对乙肝病毒携带者孕妇外周血、新生儿脐血及产后初乳中HBV-DNA含量的影响。方法用PCR方法对120例无症状乙肝病毒携带者随机分研究组、对照组(每组大、小三阳各30例),分别检测各孕期(早、中、晚)母血中及新生儿脐血、乳汁中HBV-DNA含量。结果早孕期HBV-DNA≥1.0×105中:脐血阳性率研究组13.64%,对照组33.33%;乳汁阳性率研究组43.18%,对照组77.78%,两组比较P<0.05,两组母血HBV-DNA晚孕期均低于早孕期,但研究组更显著。结论早孕期肌注HBIG较常规方法能更好的阻断乙肝母婴垂直传播、乳汁传播。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of intrmuscular injection of HBIG in early pregnancy on the levels of HBV-DNA in the peripheral blood of pregnancy carriers of hepatitis B virus without sympotoms were divided randomly into the study group and the control group (with 30 cases of major positiveness and 30 cases of minor positiveness in either group).The levels of HBV-DNA were determined with PCR in the materal blood of different stages of pregnancy(early,middle and late),neonatal umbilical blood,and milk.Results Among the cases with HBV-DNA≥1.0×105 in early pregnancy,the positive rates of umbilical blood were respectively 13.64% in the study group and 33.33% in the control group,and the ppositive rates of milk were respsctively 43.18% and 77.78%(p<0.05).The levels of HBV-DNA in maternal blood in late pregnancy were lower than those in early pregnancy for both groups,with a more notable difference in the study group.Conclusion Intramuscular injection of HBIG in early pregnancy can better block both vertical mother-infant transmission and milk transmission of hepatitis B than routine methods.更多还原
