26例急性心肌梗死静脉溶栓治疗的护理

【摘要】 目的对急性心肌梗死患者静脉溶栓治疗的配合及护理进行探讨。方法采用尿激酶对急性心肌梗死患者进行及时静脉溶栓,并做好溶栓前、中、后的护理。结果26例行溶栓治疗后23例获得再灌注。结论争取溶栓的时机和护理的配合是心肌梗死治疗成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study cooperation and nursing in vein thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute myocardialinfarction (AMI). Methods Vein thrombolytic therapy was betaken in patients with AMI employing urokinase.And thepatients were nursed well before the thrombolytic therapy,during it and after it.Result 26 cases who took thrombolytictherapy and 23 cases won filling again.Conclusion In combination with nursing,using thrombolytic therapy properly inpatients with AMI is the key of success.更多还原
