【摘要】 目的观察奥曲肽治疗上消化道大出血的疗效。方法将我院近年收治的上消化道大出血患者58例,随机分为两组,治疗组予奥曲肽,对照组予垂体后叶素,观察两组止血效果。结果治疗组显效率为62.1%,总有效率93.1%,均显著高于对照组(6.9%和65.5%,p<0.01),且不良反应少。结论奥曲肽治疗上消化道大出血疗效确切,安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study The Clinical Curative Effect of octreotide and posterior pituitary hormone for upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 58 Patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding, we divided them into 2 groups at random. The first group was given octreotide, and the other group was given posterior pituitary hormone instead. Then, we took stock of the hemostatic effect.Results 62.1% patients’ symptom was controlled remarkably and 93.1% patients’ symptom was controlled in all on the first group, howere, 6.9% patients’ symptom was controlled remarkably and 65.5% patients’ symptom was controlled in all on the second group. A few of adverse drug reactions were found.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of octreotide for upper gastrointestinal bleeding was available and safe.更多还原
