【摘要】 目的探讨MRI对急性期大面积脑梗死的诊断价值。方法分析经临床证实的大面积脑梗死20例的MRI征象。结果急性期大面积脑梗死MRI表现病变区大面积等或稍低T1信号稍高T2信号影。结论磁共振对急性期大面积脑梗死有高度敏感性,有助临床早期对病人采取有效治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the diagnosis value of MRI for the acute wide-ranging cerebral infarction. Methods The MRI Characteristics of the acute wide-ranging cerebral infarction in 20 cases were analyzed retro- spectively. Results The MRI Characteristics of the acute wide-ranging cerebral infarction showed equal or low signal intensity on T1WI,equal or high signal intensity on T2WI. Conclusion MRI has high sensitivity to the Acute wideranging cerebral infarction. The effective theropy can be made to the pathient earlier.更多还原
