【Abstract】 BH3-only proteins and Bax are members of Bcl-2 family,their functions are to regulate cell apoptosis.Different BOPs are regulated by different mechanism.The change of their function are correlated with the occurrence of various diseases.Here we summarize many aspects of BOPs in its mechanism of action,function regulation and the role of BOPs and Bax in disease prevention.更多还原
