【Abstract】 With the increasing incidence of the gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD) and the oesophagus cancer,the oesophagus of Barrett(BE) attaches more attention from domestic and overseas scholars.Many aspects of BE including its definition,epidemiology,etiology and pathogenesy,criteria of endoscopic diagnosis and pathological diagnosis as well as its follow-up visit and detection is increasingly renewing.The common groud of its diagnosis and treantment made at the first meeting about BE in Dec 2003 provide a great help for its diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
