【Abstract】 The efficacy of statins has affirmation in its clinical application.Drug-induced acute pancreatitis is very rare.Acute pancreatitis have been reported in a few cases treated with statins in abroad literature,whose induced pathogenesy is not clear.If acute pancreatitis is suspected in patients taking statins,the drug should be stopped and replaced to avoid the possibility of further episodes of pancreatitis.更多还原
