【Abstract】 Systemic inflammatory response syndrome is a new conception put forward in critical medicine since 1990,It is not only the important pathophysiologic procedure in MODS,but also the hot spot in international medicine research.This article reviews the progress about some questiones related to SIRS in many aspects such as cell apoptosis,pro-inflammatory mediator and anti-inflammatory mediator,the relationship of SIRS with nuclear factor-κB,blood platelet,c-reactive protein and procalcitionin.and the therapy of SIRS.更多还原
