基质金属蛋白酶与急性冠脉综合征关系的研究进展
The Progress of Relationship Between the Matrix Metalloproteinase and the Acute Coronary Syndrome
【摘要】 基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)是一组可消化细胞外基质的重要酶类,它可能通过促进冠状动脉粥样硬化的形成;增加粥样斑块的不稳定性;促进血小板的聚集等机制参与急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的发生、发展,所以MMPs活性调节已成为ACS防治的潜在目标。本文就MMPs与急性冠脉综合征关系的研究进展简要综述。
【Abstract】 Matri Metalloproteinase(MMPs) is a group of essential protenases of cleaving components of extracellular matrix.It likely involves in the incurrence and development of acute coronary syndrome(ACS) through facilitating atherosclerosis,plaque unstability and platelet aggregation.therefore,regulating the activity of MMPs has become a potential target for the prevention and therapy of ACS.This article reviews the progress about its relationship with ACS.
