心肌组织中G蛋白信号转导调节蛋白研究进展
The Progress of RGS in Heart
【摘要】 G蛋白信号转导调节(RGS)蛋白在G蛋白信号转导中起负性调节作用。大多数RGS蛋白作为GTP酶激活蛋白(GΑP)影响G蛋白Gα亚单位,其作用具有高度特异性,并在体内受到严密的调节。RGS蛋白的改变可导致相应的心血管系统疾病。由于对G蛋白信号转导的重大影响,RGS蛋白已被看作是心血管生理调节因子,并被看作是新型药物的作用靶点。
【Abstract】 Regulator of G-protein-signaling (RGS) proteins play a down-regulation effects in the signal transduction of G-protein-coupled receptor(GPCR).Most RGS proteins can affect Gαsubunit of G protein as GTPase activating proteins (GAPs).which have a high degree of specificity and modulated rigorously in the body.Alterations in RGS protein levels can result in corresponding disease of cardiovascular system.Thus,because of the profound influence on GPCR signal transduction pathways,RGS proteins are considerd as physiologic adjustment factors of cardiovascular disease and the target of neotype drugs.
