间充质干细胞向软骨方向分化的研究
The Progress of Differentiation from MSC to Cartilage Tissue
【摘要】 骨髓间充质干细胞(MSC)广泛于人体各个部位,具有多向分化潜能。MSC的多能性,在体外容易分离和扩增培养,使其有望成为组织工程理想的种子细胞。MSC应用于软骨组织工程的过程非常复杂,不仅需要多种生长因子如TGF-βs,IGF-I等的协调作用,还需要将细胞运送到所需部位的特殊支架。
【Abstract】 Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) exist widely in every part of our body.having potentiality multi-directional differentiation.The character of MSC in its multipotency its easy to isolation,expansion and culture make it the candidate of ideal seed-cell in tissue engineering.MSCs-based cartilage engineering is very complicated,it needs not only the coordination among various growth factors such as TGF-βs,IGF-I and so on,but also the special scaffold via which cells can be delivered to the needed location.
