【Abstract】 Adverse skin reaction induced by recombinant cytokines includes drug eruption like the one in erythema-dermatitis and serum-disease severe type of drug eruption,and the primary skin lesions aggregated by it.Different from other chemosynthesis drugs,the adverse reactions caused by most reconstituted cytokines is due to biology activity of themselves.With the development of gene engineering and the extensive administration of recombinant cytokines in clinic,more and more adverse skin reactions should be implicated,which should be observed and reviewed in long term.更多还原
