【摘要】 近年来发现轮状病毒(RV)不仅引起腹泻,也可发生肠道外多器官的感染,主要见于中枢神经系统、呼吸系统、其他消化器官、循环及血液系统等,并且在部分受累器官已找到明确的的证据,甚至RV肠道外多器官的感染已成为导致死亡的重要原因之一,这提示着RV可能存在新的感染途径和感染机制,对临床诊断与治疗和预防提出了新的课题。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,rotavirus (RV) was found to not only cause the diarrhea,but also cause extraintestinal infection and multi-organ infection,mainly including the central nervous system,the respiratory system,other alimentary organs,the circulation and hematological system and so on.And the conclusive evidence had been found in partially infected organss.The extraintestinal infection and multi- organs infection have become the main death cause,which indicate that RV probably present othere new infection way and mechanism,proposing the new task to the clinical diagnosis,treatment and prevention.更多还原
