【摘要】 目的探讨中西医结合康复治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法对38例高血压脑出血患者,早期采用小骨窗开颅血肿清除术,术后鼻饲中药、针灸及耳穴贴压,后期进行康复锻炼。结果本组随访8～12个月,恢复良好14例,中残8例,重残7例,死亡9例。结论小骨窗开颅减压迅速,止血可靠,方法简单。术后早期使用中药、针灸、耳穴贴压能通窍止血。后期康复锻炼,能最大限度恢复肢体功能,且费用低,临床效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ojective To explore the clinical effect of the integrated Chinese and western medicine rehabitation therapy for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Method In 38 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhge,evacuation of hematoma by small bone window were performed,then Chinese herbs nasal feeding,acupuncture and ear point strapping were given in early period rehabilitation training were made.Result Following the patients for 8-12 months,we find that 14 cases of them were well recovered,8 cases were media deformity,7 cases were severe deformity,and 9 cases were dead.Conclusion Operation with small bone window can decrease intracranial pressure and stop hemorrhge rapidy,and it is easy to do.Chinese herbs and acupunture and ear point strapping can activate the blood circulation in early period.Rehabilitation training in later period can improve the founction of limbs.更多还原
