【摘要】 静脉麻醉药丙泊酚的注射痛较常见。影响因素包括静脉口径、注射速度、静脉输液的速度、药物浓度、血液缓冲效应、药液温度、注射器材料、混注药物等。预防措施分为药物和非药物方法。前者使用有全身或局部镇痛作用的药物,预先注射或混入丙泊酚药液一同注射。非药物方法包括选用粗大静脉、减慢注射速度、改变制剂成分、改变药物浓度和温度、使用滤器等。目前宜根据临床情况综合使用上述方法,提高效果,保证安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pain on injection of propofol is a common problem. Many factors appear to affect the incidence of pain on propofol injection, including the size of vein injected, speed of injection,the concentration of propofol the buffering effect of blood,and carrier intravenous fluid different temperatures, different syringe materials and the mixed drugs.The methods for the prevention on injection pain are classified into pharmalogic and non-pharmalogic ones. Prior injection of systematic or local analgesics, or or mixed with proplfol propofol,is the pharmalogic way in common use.The non-pharmalogic ways include choosing large veins,decreasing the speed of injection,varying the solvent,concentration or temperature,and using filtrator,which all avoid the side effects of mixing different drugs together.Currently,a wise choice would be to use a combination of the above techniques to increase both effects and safety of the used methods.更多还原
