【Abstract】 To train the famous doctors is a systemic program,which needs the combination of the practice and theory.In order to apply the good service for the patient,doctors have to cultivate the abilities to synthetize,identify and evaluate the state of the ill- ness,as wall as competence of distinguishing the diagnose and treatment,which could provide the evidence for their scientific clini- cal decision-making.The perfect combination of theory and clinical practice is manifested by discard the toss and select the essen- tial,that is to say,to make the decision according to the identification and analysis of clinical data,then verify the correctness of the remedy method.In a word,the extractive choice of remedy is the core of clinical decision-making and it is also the reflection of the mature of a famous doctor.更多还原
