【Abstract】 The World Federation of Societies of Anaesthesthesiologists (WFSA) has put forward the aim “to make available the highest standards of anaesthsia, pain treatment and resuscitation to all people of the world”. In the year of hospital management and control there enter a claim for “center around the patient, revolve about the quality”.
