【Abstract】 There are many essential differences between clinical research and medical care on the aspects of primary aim, basic methodology, the justification of risks and the ethical principals they should follow. In the theories and practices of clinical research, the confusion between the clinical research and medical care causes therapeutic misconception, which is in breach of ethical principles of informed consent and compromises human subjects’ interests. This article will explore the major reasons of therapeutic misconception, the main ethical issues it caused and the corresponding resolutions.更多还原
