【摘要】 目的探讨二维和彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺癌的诊断价值。方法通过对20例甲状腺癌患者进行术前超声检查,并与手术病理结果进行对照分析。结果甲状腺癌结节表现为形态不规则,边界不清晰,内部回声多为不均匀低回声,并伴液化,砂砾样钙化及后方回声衰减。彩色多普勒检测到肿块内丰富的血流信号。结论应用二维及彩色多普勒超声能提高甲状腺癌的诊断符合率,具有较大的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of two-dimentional ultrasound and Doppler flow image in the diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma. Methods 20 patients with thyroid cainoma were exminated by ultrsonography before operation,and they were all analyesd by surgery and pathology. Results Nodules in thyroid carcinoma were irregular in figure,their boundarys were not clear,internal echo was hypoechoic and not well-distributed with liquefaction,calcification and posterial wall attenuation effect. CDFI could detect an abundant biood flow signals inside. Conclusion It is highly accurate in the diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma with two-dimentional ultrasound and color Doppler flow image, and it can play an important role in clinic.更多还原
