【摘要】 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在胃肠间质瘤诊断中的价值。方法对2001年1月至2005年2月在我院经手术及病理证实的13例胃肠间质瘤的临床及超声诊断资料加以回顾性分析。结果本组病例彩色多普勒超声均表现为有包膜,边界清晰,内部回声均质或不均质的实质性肿块,血供丰富。结论彩色多普勒超声对胃肠间质瘤,尤其对小肠和结肠间质瘤的诊断是经济、有效而无痛苦的诊断手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of color Doppler sonography in the diagnosis of gastro-intestinal stromal tumors. Methods Ultrasonography and clinical data of 13 patients with gastro-intestinal stromal tumors confirmed by pathology and operation were analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases presented as homogenous or heterogenous solid masses with capsule,clear margin and abundant blood flow supply on color Doppler ultrasonography. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is the most economical and effective method in the diagnosis of gastro-intestinal stromal tumor, especially to small intestinal and colorectal stromal tumor.更多还原
