【摘要】 目的比较糖皮质激素滴眼液与糖皮质激素结膜下注射对特发性前葡萄膜炎的治疗效果。方法对88例(121眼)特发性前葡萄膜炎患者,其中44例60眼用糖皮质激素结膜下注射。根据炎症程度每日一次或隔日一次注射,两组均用药至炎症消退,并同时使用非甾体类消炎药滴眼及睫状肌麻痹药治疗。结果糖皮质激素滴眼组及球结膜下注射组治疗6周后炎症全部消退,差异没有显著性(P<0.05),结膜下注射组球结膜充血、水肿、疼痛等副作用。结论糖皮质激素滴眼与球结膜下注射对特发性前葡萄膜炎有相同的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To Compare the effects of corticosteroid eye drops and subconjunctival injection(ESC)in the treatment of idiopathic anterior uveitis.Methods:88 patients(121eye)who had idiopathic anterior uveitis were divided into two groups.Of them,44patients(61eye)were treated with corticosteroid eye drops;the frequency was detemined by the seriousness of the inflammation and was administered one drop at a time.The other 44patients(60eye)were treated with ESCL,once a day or every two days,accordingly.Both groups were also treated with mydriatic-cycloplegic and a donsteroid anti-inflammatory agent simultaneously during the course of the corticosteroid treatment.Results:The inflammatory syndromes in both groups completely disappeared after 6weeks of treatment.Nosignificant statistical differences were found between the two groups(P<0.05).Side effects included conjunctival conjunctival congestion,edema and pain in the ESCI group.Conclusion:The corticosteroid eye drops and subconjunctival injections of corticosteroid provided the same therapeutic effects in the treatment of idiopatric anterior uveitis.更多还原
