【摘要】 目的探讨米非司酮治疗输卵管妊娠的效果。方法每天顿服米非司酮150mg,共3天;服药前及服药后动态监测血β-HCG,盆腔B超,服药结束后15天判断疗效。结果米非司酮治疗成功率81.94%(59/72),失败率为18.06%(13/72),2例由于心理难以承受而要求手术。结论米非司酮治疗非破裂型输卵管妊娠安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of mifepristone on tubal ectopic pregnancy. Methods Mifepristoning 150mg Qd for 3 days were administrated to treat unruputured tubal ectopic pregnancy patients. Before and after taking mifepristone, Serum β-HCG, sonographic image were monitored, clinical symptoms and sign were recorded. The effects of mifepristone were evaluated on the 15th day after the final dose of mifepristoning. Results The efficiency is 81.94%(59/72); while the failure rate is 18.06%(13/72); Because of fear of rupture, 2 cases request operation. Conclusion Mifepritoning is effective in the treatment of tubal ectopic pregnancy.更多还原
