【摘要】 目的观察并评价阴道应用复方沙棘籽油栓治疗复发性念珠菌外阴阴道炎(RVVC)的疗效。方法对500例RVVC患者阴道应用复方沙刺籽油栓每晚一粒,每月用12天,共6个月,观察疗效及副反应。结果①第一次复诊时治愈率为93.20%,第二次复诊时97.40%。②患者满意和较满意在第一次复诊可达90%,第二次复诊时达98%。③无严重不良反应发生。结论阴道应用复方沙棘籽油栓治疗复发性念珠菌外阴阴道炎(RVVC)有效、安全且依从性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the curative rate of Fufangshajizi Ovula(FFSYO) in Recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis(RVVC). Methods 500 patients with RVVC have been treated with FFSYO on vulv, one granule a night, twelve days a month for six monthes. The curative effect and side effect are observed. Results ①The cure rates were 93.2% in the first follow-up and up to 97.4% in the second follow-up.②The satisfactoryrate of patients were 90% in the first follow-up and 98% in the second follow-up.③There were no side effects during the treatment of FFSYO. Conclusion The treatment of Fufashajiziyou Ovula in RVVC is effective, safe, and good compliance.更多还原
