【摘要】 [目的]了解男男性接触者(MSM)的人口学与行为特点,以便制订相应干预措施。[方法]2004年由同性恋社区志愿者小组在东北某省会,对部分MSM的人口学、艾滋病相关行为情况进行问卷调查。[结果]调查221名MSM,年龄(19.45±8.45)岁,其中21～40岁175人,未婚136人,城市非体力劳动者134人,月收入500～1499元的125人,文化程度高中及以上的141人,居住在大城市的168人;不同受教育程度者男性伴选择情况不同;相当一部分MSM存在各种艾滋病相关高危行为,随着MSM受教育程度的增高艾滋病相关高危行为相对减少。[结论]MSM多为21～40岁、未婚、城市非体力劳动者、月收入500～1499元、高中及以上文化、居住在大城市者;MSM特别是其中受教育程低的存在艾滋病的高危行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate larithmics character and behavior of man who has sex with man(MSM),in order to provide basis for measuremaking of AIDS prevention and control in MSM.[Methods]Investigation on larithmics character and behavior was made through questionnaire by volunteers for MSMs in one northeastern municipality in 2004.[Results]221 MSMs were investigated,among which persons aged from 21 to 40 were 175,unmarried 136,non-physical laborers in city 134,monthly paid from 500 to 1499 was 125,education background of senior high school or higher 142,and living in large cities was 168;Their mean age was(19.45±8.45).The objects who had different education background had different standard of sex partner selecting.A large part of the objects had various risk behaviors about AIDS,and their risk behaviors reduced with their education background heightening.[Conclusion]Most MSMs who participated the investigation were young,well-educated,unmarried and non-physical laborers and lived in large city.MSMs especially the low education background ones had risk behaviors about AIDS.更多还原
