【摘要】 [目的]了解青岛市孕妇弓形虫感染情况,以便对孕妇开展有针对性的健康教育干预。[方法]2005年4～12月,对在青岛市市南区妇女保健机构和医院妇产科建孕妇保健卡的2268名孕妇进行弓形虫感染的检测。[结果]检测2268名孕妇,血清弓形虫IgM抗体阳性率为0.75%。IgM抗体阳性率,农民、工人为2.02%,其他职业者为0.44%(P<0.01);小学、文盲文化者为5.36%,初中、中专文化者为1.46%,高中及以上文化者为0.12%(P<0.01);生活条件较差者为3.38%,中等者为0.58%,良好者为0.10%(P<0.01);喜食生食、半熟食品及烧烤食品者为12.03%,无上述不良饮食嗜好者为0.18%(P<0.01)。[结论]市南区孕妇弓形虫感染率较低,但文化程度低者及喜食生食、半熟食品及烧烤食品者感染率较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the toxoplasma infection among pregnant women in Qingdao in order to promote health education directly for them.[Methods]To detect the toxoplasma infection for 2 268 Pregnant women who attended to the hospital for women and children health care and the department of gynaecology and obstetrics for prenatal examination,from April to December in 2005.[Results]IgM positive rate of is the objects was 0.75%.IgM positive rate of of peasant and workers was 2.02%,and it was 0.44% for other occupations,(P<0.01);and it was 5.36% for pupil and analpha-bet,1.46% for junior middle school educate,0.12% for senior high school and above educatee(P<0.01);It was 3.38% for persons in the bad life condition,0.58% for the middle condition,0.10% for the good condition(P<0.01);It was 12.03% for persons who liked to eat raw,mid raw and sear food,0.18% for people who had no bad habit(P<0.01).[Conclusion]The toxoplasma infection rate in Shinan district was lower,but it was higher for the people who had lower education background and liked to eat raw,mid raw,sear food.更多还原
