【摘要】 [目的]通过试验对某L2型戊二醛浓度指示卡的性能进行评价。[方法]利用戊二醛与2,4-二硝基苯肼发生氨基反应的原理制成指示卡,观察不同戊二醛浓度、pH值下的显色。[结果]指示卡在戊二醛浓度为1.8%～2.2%时,均显黄色,符合率≥90%,且样品符合率不受戊二醛溶液pH值的影响,室温放置2年后显色符合率仍达要求。[结论]该L2型戊二醛浓度指示卡是检测2.0%戊二醛消毒液浓度的一种快速、简便的工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To evaluate Lierkang Brand Glutaraldehyde monitors Type L-2’s capability by test.[Methods]erve color of Glutaraldehyde monitors in different condition of concentration and PH value.[Results]Glutaraldehyde monitors show yellow when concentration of Glutaraldehyde is between 1.8%-2.2%,concentration approval rate≥90%, even approval rate is not be affected by PH value and accord with demand in two years.[Conclusion]lutaraldehyde monitors Type L-2 is a speediness and convenient tool to measure concentration of Glutaraldehyde disinfectant.更多还原
