【摘要】 [目的]了解广东省农村居民对新型农村合作医疗(新农合)的知识、态度以及参加情况,为正确评价新农合实施效果提供科学依据。[方法]2005年8月,采用分层整群随机抽样方法,在广东省7个市抽取20个行政村,对部分村民进行问卷调查。[结果]调查923人,50.6%参加了新农合,9.2%对新农合“很清楚”,大部分通过“电视传媒宣传”、“宣传单”、“村干部上门动员”的途径了解新农合;11.6%对新农合“很信任”,74.2%对新农合“一般信任”,33.6%认为新农合能解决住院需要的高额费用,54.3%愿意继续参加明年的新农合;对市、县政府信任的分别占61.0%、15.4%,对市级以上和县级医院信任的分别占71.3%、11.8%;认为新农合可能带来的好处主要是“医药费可报销一些”、“生大病有一定保障”、“生病可以及时看”的分别占37.6%、30.1%、12.4%;认为新农合“报销比例太低”、“报销手续太繁琐”、“不看病也要交钱”的分别占40.4%、21.1%、16.8%。[结论]新农合在广东省农村产生了一定的影响,农民对新农合有了一定的认识和了解。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the situation of farmers’ cognition to new type rural Cooperative Medical System(CMS) after it’s been carried out for three years, to offer scientific basis for correct appraisal of new type rural cooperative medical service.[Methods]A questionnaire was used in 923 families from 7 cities in Guangdong with stratified cluster random sampling.[Results]50.6% of the households have participated the new-type rural cooperative medical service, 9.2%of them "know well" the new-type CMS.Most of the interviewees understood the new-type CMS by the way of TV media, handbill and mobilization made by the cadre of country.11.6% of them trusted in the CMS deeply,74.2% of them commonly trusted in the CMS,33.6% of them though it could submit the expense account in hospital,54.3% of them expressed willingness to continue participation in the new-type CM5 next year.The percentages that the farmers trusted in the city government and the county government were 61.0% and 15.4%.The percentages that the farmers trusted in the third level hospitals and the second level hospitals were 71.3% and 11.8%.Among the new-type rural CMS’s advantages to the farmers that they though, the top three were "part of the medical expenses can be reimbursed"(37.6%)," it ensures treatment the serious disease"(30.1%) and " it can treat the disease betimes"(12.4%);In the farmers’ suggestions and worries to the new-type rural CMS’s, the top three were,"the proportion of reimbursement out is low"(40.4%),"the procedure of it is tedious"(21.1%) and "they must pay the money even not to see the doctor"(16.8%) sequentially.[Conclusion]Since the new-type CMS has launched for three years in Guangdong,it exerts a certain influence in the vast countryside,people have understood and recognized the significance of the new-type rural CMS to some extent.更多还原
