【摘要】 [目的]了解血液透析患者肝炎及相关病毒感染状况,为采取防治对策提供依据。[方法]2003年,对在大连市部分医疗单位血液透析中心治疗的223例血液透析者进行HBsAg、抗HBs、抗HBc、HBeAg、抗HBe、抗HCV、抗HGV、抗TTV检测。[结果]检测223人,HBsAg、抗HBs、抗HBc、HBeAg、抗HBe阳性率分别为10.8%、40.8%、71.3%、6.3%、24.2%,HBV感染率为78.0%;抗HCV、抗HGV、抗TTV阳性率分别为35.0%、4.9%、33.6%。223人中,感染1种病毒的113人,占50.67%;感染2种或2种以上病毒的84人,占37.67%。[结论]血液透析是HBV、HCV、HGV、TTV感染的重要途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the present situation of hepatitis and TT virus infection in patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MH).[Methods]223 serum samples were tested for HBsAg,anti-HBs,anti-HBc,HBeAg,anti-HBe,anti-HCV,anti-HGV and anti-TTV by using ELISA.[Results]The infective rate of HBV was 78.0%.From which HBsAg,anti-HBs,anti-HBc,HBeAg and anti-HBe were 10.8%,40.8%,71.3%,6.3% and 24.2% respectively.The infective rate of HCV, HGV and TTV were 35.0%,4.9% and 33.6% respectively.And several kinds of hepatitis virus(HV) can be crossover infected simultaneously.Among the 223 cases,the negative rate of hepatitis was 12.1%(26/ 223),and 114(51.1%) cases were infected by one kind of HV,83(37.2%) cases were infected by two or above two kinds of HV.[Conclusion]MH plays a very important role in the infection of all kinds of hepatitis.There are certain dangerous factors of nosocomial transmission in the hemodialysis units.更多还原
