【摘要】 [目的]掌握济南市桶装饮用水生产企业卫生状况,为卫生监督工作提供依据。[方法]2002~2004年,对济南市182户桶装饮用水生产企业卫生进行现场调查,并对成品水样进行检测。[结果]现场卫生状况基本符合生产卫生规范,水样总合格率46.7%,2003、2004年水样合格率高于2002年。水质不合格指标为菌落总数、大肠菌群和霉菌、酵母菌,菌落总数不合格份数占不合格总份数的82.3%。[结论]济南市桶装饮用水生产企业现场卫生状况良好,水样合格率仍较低,菌落总数超标为水质不合格的主要原因,加强桶、盖消毒,保证灌装间空气净化效果,防止二次污染是提高桶装饮用水卫生质量的根本措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To master the sanitary situation of the factories of bottled drinking water in Ji’nan and provide scientific basis for health inspection and supervision.[Methods]From 2002 to 2004,182 factories of bottled drinking water were investigated and 182 water samples were tested.[Results]The sanitary situation of the workshop reached the hygienic standard on the whole.The rate of qualified water samples was 46.7%.The rates of qualified water samples of 2003 and 2004 were higher than that of 2002.The ratio of substandard water samples in the total number of bacterium colony covered 82.3% of all substandard ones.[Conclusion]The sanitary situation of the workshop was good,but the rate of qualified water samples was still relatively low.The total number of bacterium colony was the main factor to cause the water substandard.To make further improvement on the quality,it is essential that the measures should be taken to strengthen disinfection of bottles and lids,to ensure the effect of air purification of bottling room and prevent the second pollution.更多还原
