【摘要】 [目的]了解山东省60钴γ射线治疗机(60钴治疗机)的应用现况与应用中存在的问题,为卫生行政部门加强放射治疗设备配置与应用管理提供科学依据。[方法]2004年对山东省全省所有医疗机构60钴治疗机的应用状况进行调查。[结果]山东省现有使用中的60钴治疗机55台,分布于16个市,其中二手设备占34.5%,使用年限超过10年的占56.4%;主要技术指标检测结果,治疗剂量偏差合格率为87.3%,照射野不对称性合格率为83.6%,输出量重复性合格率为89.1%,准直器透过率合格率为94.5%,光野与照射野偏差合格率为94.5%,机头漏射线、防护门外防护剂量与防护墙外防护剂量全部合格。[结论]山东省治疗机应用数量较多,但部分设备老化严重,治疗质量与使用安全难以保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the ⁶⁰Co machines’application situation,to find the questions in machines’application,we want to provide the scientific evidence for health management department who strengthen management on radiation equipment assignment and application.[Methods]We investigated the ⁶⁰Co machines’ application situation in all Shandong province’s health department in 2004.[Results]There are 55 ⁶⁰Co machines in use in Shandong province which locate in 16 districts.The secondhand equipment is 34.5%,the using equipment over 10 years is 56.4%.The examining results of main technique parameters,the qualification rate of absolute dose is 87.3%,the fields’symmetry is 83.6%,the doses’repeating is 89.1%,the collimators’radiation transmitting rate is 94.5%.The collimators’ radiation leakage,the out dose of the protection door and the out dose of the protection wall are all qualified.[Conclusion]In Shandong province,there are many ⁶⁰Co machines in use,but some of them are aging,so the treatment quality and safety are difficult to ensure.更多还原
