【摘要】 [目的]了解临沂市兰山区中小学生视力状况,为采取预防措施提供依据。[方法]采用符合国家标准的对数视力表灯箱按照《全国学生体质健康调查研究实施方案》和《检测细则》细则的要求,检测学生裸眼视力。以单眼或双眼低于5.0为视力低下,并按照轻度、中度、重度视力低下进行统计。[结果]合计调查学生116 970人,视力低下45 788人,视力低下率为39.15%。小学生视力低下率为23.66%(16 913/71 480),初中生为58.46%(21 295/36 426),高中生为83.63%(7 580/9 064),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]本次调查显示兰山区中小学生的视力低下较为严重,视力低下率较高,不同学段的视力低下率随着学段的增高而上升。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To survey the eyesight of students of primary and secondary schools in the urban area of Lanshan district so as to provide information for hypopsia prevention.[Methods]Students’ eyesight were examined by logarithmic visual acuity chart light box according to the ’National Student Constitution Survey Implementation Program’ and its corresponding rules.The eyesight of simple eye or both eyes under 5.0 were considered to be hypopsia,and classified into slight,moderate and severe types.[Results]116 970 students were surveyed and 45 788 were diagnosed as hypopsia,accounting for 39.15% of the whole.The hypopsia rates of students in primary school,junior high school and senior high school were 23.66%(16 91371 480),58.46%(21 29536 426) and 83.63%(7 5809 064) respectively,their differences between each other had statistics significance(P<0.01).[Conclusion]The students’ eyesight were fairly poor,the rate of hypopsia is very high in primary and secondary schools,and the hypopsia rate of students increased with the grade rising.更多还原
