【摘要】 [目的]了解围手术期病人医院感染的发病情况,分析其影响因素。[方法]观察2002年济南铁路局中心医院所有手术患者的感染情况,并对影响发病的可能因素进行非条件Logistic回归分析。[结果]1 368例患者,从入院至手术后出院发生医院感染192例,感染率为14.04%。感染率,男性13.92%,女性14.21%。不同年龄,手术持续时间不同,住院时间不同,使用抗生素的种类不同、时间长短不同,麻醉方式不同,是否伴有恶性肿瘤、糖尿病,是否气管切开,手术切口分类不同的病人,其医院感染率不同(P<0.01)。非条件Logistic回归分析结果,年龄、手术持续时间、麻醉方式、伴发恶性肿瘤、住院时间进入回归方程。[结论]年龄大、手术持续时间长、全身麻醉、伴发恶性肿瘤、住院时间长是病人发生围手术期医院感染的危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the incidence rate of perioperative nosocomial infection among surgical patients and its relevant factors.[Methods]The incidence of all surgical patients in Ji’ nan Railway Hospital in 2002 were investigated and unconditional logistic regression were adopted to analyze the its relevant factors.[Results]One hundred and ninety-two out of 1 368 surgical patients were confirmed as perioperative nosocomial infections during the period from hospitalization to checking out,with the incidence rate of 14.01%(13.92% in male,14.21% in female).The incidence rate is different(P<0.01) in different age,duration of the operation,duration of hospitalization,kind of antibiotic used and duration of use,type of anesthesia,whether companying malignant tumors and diabetes or not,whether conducting tracheotomy or not,and type of incision in operating.Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis shows that age,the time that the operation lasted,the type of anesthesia,malignant tumor companied,the length of time hospitalized should be entered the regression equation.[Conclusion]Elder age,the long time that the operation lasts,general anesthesia,companying malignant tumor,the long time of hospitalization are the risk factors of perioperative nosocomial infection.更多还原
