【摘要】 [目的]了解医务人员健康知识的掌握水平与健康行为的基本情况,为制定医院职工的健康干预策略提供理论依据。[方法]2004年12月,对深圳市某市级综合性医院的医务人员进行健康知识和健康行为基本状况的问卷调查。[结果]调查561名医务人员,健康知识知晓率为91.9%,吸烟率为7.5%,酗酒率为9.3%。吸烟率与酗酒率均为男性高于女性,医生高于护士(P<0.01)。非条件Logistic回归分析结果,职称低的,参加过医院的健康促进活动的医务人员健康知识水平较高,其RR值分别为0.81和3.46。[结论]医务人员的健康知识水平尚待提高,吸烟和酗酒等不良健康行为仍需进一步改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the status on health knowledge and healthy behabior of doctors and nurses and to offer scientific data for hospital to take preventive measure.[Methods]A random sampling study on the status of health knowledge and healthy behavior was conducted among doctors and nurses of a city polyclinic in December,2004.[Results]The health knowledge level was 91.9 percent,smoking rate was 7.5 percent,excessive drinking rate was 9.3 percent.The rate of smoking and excessive drinking for male was both higher than female,The doctor’s smoking rate and excessive drinking rate was higher than nurse.The result of non-condition logistic regression showed that the risk ratio of higher technical post was 0.81 and taking part in the health promotion held by hospital was 3.46.[Conclusion]The level of health knowledge needs increasing and the risky behavior should be changed.更多还原
