【摘要】 [目的]分析儿童脑性瘫痪(脑瘫)的发病原因和临床特点,探讨综合干预措施。[方法]对1997~2004年在深圳市计划生育服务中心进行病残儿医学鉴定的60例脑瘫患儿的病史资料和辅助检查报告进行分析。[结果]60例脑瘫儿,按瘫痪形式分为痉挛型42例、手足徐动型12例、肌张力低下型2例、混合型4例,按受损部位分为四肢瘫26例、双瘫15例、截瘫3例、双重性偏瘫8例、偏瘫6例、三肢瘫2例。有2种合并症的20例,3种合并症的28例,4种合并症的12例。出生低体重、早产、窒息和先天颅脑畸形是脑瘫最常见的发病原因。[结论]脑瘫严重危害小儿健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To analyse children’s cerebral paralysis pathogenic factors and clinical characteristics,and to discuss about the comprehensive intervening measures.[Methods]Careful study was corried on 60 cases with children’s cerebral paralysis who were carried on sick and disabled medicine appraisal in Shenzhen Family Planning Service Center from 1997 to 2004,the data included intact case histories and auxiliary examination reports.[Results]The 60 cases of cerebral paralysis are classified according to the form of paralysing:There are 42 cases with spasticity,12 cases with athetosis,2 cases with atonia,and 4 cases with mixingtype.Classified according to the demaged position,there are 26 cases of tetraplegia,15 cases of diplegia,3 cases of paraplegia,8 cases of double hemiplegia,6 cases of hemiplegia,and 2 cases of triplegia.The 20 cases of cerebral paralysis have two kinds of complication,28 cases have three kinds of complication,and 12 cases have four kinds of complication.Pathogenic factors of most common for cerebral paralysis were low weight,premature delivery,asphyxia and congenital brain deformity.[Conclusion]The cerebral paralysis endangers children’s health seriously.更多还原
