【摘要】 [目的]了解基层结核病人督导工作开展情况,有效地促进项目病人规范化管理。[方法]对2003年龙岩市对县级结核病防治机构督导与访视涂阳肺结核病人有关资料进行分析。[结果]对7个县(市、区)督导28县次,38乡、镇次,访视病人69例,其中乡村医生督导39例,家庭成员督导27例,自服药4例。[结论]2003年龙岩市督导管理不到位、比例偏低,应加大结核病宣传力度,提高督导员对结核病人治疗管理意识。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]Uunderstood the basic unit tuberculosis patient directs the work development situation,effectively promotes the project patient standardization management.[Methods]the Longyan city guards gainst organization direction making a house-call to 2003 to the county level knot to spread the positive tuberculosis patient and the pertinent data carries on the analysis.[Results]In 2003 the whole city to 7 counties(city,area) directs 28 counties,38 townships,town,make a house-call the patient 69 examples,village medicine directs 39 examples,the family member directs 27 examples,from takes medicine 4 examples.[Conclusion]In 2003 the Longyan city direction management didn’t well,the proportion is low,should enlarge the tuberculosis propagate,improve the consciousness of the proctor to the tubercu losis patients.更多还原
