【摘要】 目的探讨老年人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征与高血压的关系。方法通过使用多导睡眠仪对32例单纯高血压(HT)患者、38例HT并发阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患者进行氧减饱和指数(ODI)和睡眠呼吸暂停指数(AHI)监测分析,比较组间睡前和晨起血压变化。结果HT合并OSAS组AHI及ODI显著高于单纯HT组及对照组(P＜0．01),该组有更低的血氧饱和度(P＜0．01),HT合并有OSAS与单纯HT组睡前血压无明显差异(P＞0．05),晨起血压HT合并有OSAS组明显升高(P＜0．01)。结论OSAS引起的夜间低氧血症可能是高血压病因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the rdationships between hypertension(HT) and obstructive sleep apnea syndmme(OSAS) in elderly patients.Methods To monitor 32 patients with simple HT and 38 HT patients complicated with OSAS by analyzing their oxy- gen desaturation index(ODI) and apnes/hypopnea index(AHI).Blood pressures before sleeping and soon after getting up in the moming were compared among groups.Results The AHI and ODI of the HT complicated with OSAS group were greater than those of the sim- ple HT group and control group (P＜0.01),and there was lower minimal arterial oxyhemoglobin saturation in HT complicated with OSAS group during sleep(P＜0.01).Blood pressure before sleep between the HT complicated with OSAS group and the simple HT group showed no :significant difference(P＞0.05),but blood pressure soon after getting up in the morning of HT complicated with OSAS group was higher than that of the HT group(P＜0.01).Conclusion Nocturnal hypoxemia due to OSAS may be one of the rea- sons for developing hypertension.更多还原
