【摘要】 目的观察灵龟八法按时开穴针刺对老年人衰老症状及心功能指标的影响。方法选用基本健康的老年人10例为研究对象,按观察的先后顺序分为空白对照组及灵龟八法针刺组,以衰老症状积分、记忆实验及心功能为客观指标,观察灵龟八法针刺后以上指标的变化情况。结果灵龟八法针刺后受试者衰老症状积分、记忆实验等明显改善(P<0.01);血液黏度降低、每分心输出量升高(P<0.05);总周围阻力、每搏心输出量、总血容量、左心肌有效利用率等指标有改善。结论灵龟八法针刺对老年人衰老症状有显著的改善作用,对心功能有调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of LingGuiBafa time acupuncture on senile symptoms and cardiac index in the elderly.Methods Elderly healthy people were chosen to be divided into the blank control group and the LingGuiBafa acupuncture group according to the order of observation.The senile symptom score,memory test,cardiac index were adopted as objective index to observe the changes of the indexes mentioned above after LingGuiBafa acupuncture.Results The senile symptom score and memory test were significantly improved by LingGuiBafa time acupuncture(P<0.01);blood viscosity decreased and minute cardiac output increased(P<0.05);general peripheral resistance,stroke volume,general blood volume and effective utilization rate of left cardiac muscle were improved.Conclusion LingGuiBafa acupuncture has a significant effect on senile symptoms of elderly people and cardiac function.更多还原
