【摘要】 本研究在对具有代表性社会群体深度访谈基础上,设计了一份关于政府信用水平的调查问卷,进而对云南民族地区县乡区域社会范围内的政府公务员、事业单位、国有企业和自由职业等四大对象群体中的306位有关人士进行了比较全面深入的调查。主要采取发放问卷、个别访谈、群体座谈、文献资料查阅等调查方法。调查结果表明:我国政府特别是地方政府的公信力较低,县乡(镇)政府机关在工作作风、权力运作的规范性和合法性、规范市场秩序、政务公开及政策稳定性等方面均存在比较突出的问题和不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 This survey focus on the credibility of the governments on county and village level in the minority nationality areas in Yunnan.The result has shown that the credibility of the government is low.The reason why this has occurred is that there exist protruding problems and defects in their acts concerned.They should improve themselves from such as the working style,the normative operation of power and its legitimacy,the normalization of the market,the transparency of administrative affairs,and the stability of policies.更多还原
