【摘要】 目的探讨异位妊娠伴有失血性休克患者行腹腔镜手术的可行性。方法回顾性分析2000年5月至2005年3月在我院采用腹腔镜治疗输卵管妊娠211例患者,其中20例异位妊娠伴有失血性休克为研究组,余191例为对照组,分析两组患者围手本期情况。结果研究组与对照组比较,年龄、孕次、手术时间、住院天数均无显著性差异,而腹腔内出血量及输卵管切除术,研究组显著高于对照组。结论具有熟炼的腹腔镜操作技术,腹腔镜下治疗休克型异位妊娠是安全可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the feasibility of performing laparoscope operation on the ectopic pregnancy patients with hemorrhagic shoke.Methods 211 tubal pregnancy patients who treated with laparoscope therapy were collected from may 2000 to march 2005 in our hospital.The patients were divided into two groups.20 ectopic pregnancy patients with hemorrhagic shoke were refered as to study group,the other patients were treated as control group.The round-op- eration settings were analyzed between two groups.Results there was no significant difference between the study group and the control group in age,gravidity,operation time and the hospital stay.But the hemorrhagic volume in ab- domal and oviducttomy was significant higher in the study group than in the control group.Conclusions It is a safe and feasitable therapy for treating ectopic pregnancy with shoke by laparoscope if the operator have varsed laparoscope- used techniques.更多还原
