【摘要】 目的观察金纳多注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法选择我院自2000年以来临床确诊的急性脑梗死病人共60例,随机分为两组。金纳多治疗组30例,丹参注射液对比组30例,疗程均为15天。结果治疗组总有效率为90%,对比组为70%,P<0.01。治疗组疗效明显优于对比组,无明显副作用。结论金纳多可以改善脑血液循环,促进损伤神经的恢复,降低致残率,对急性脑梗死疗效确切,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of Ginaton injection to treat acute cerebral infarction.Methods 60 cases of acute cerebral infarction diagnosed by clinic since 2000 were divided into two groups by randomization. Among them, 30 cases were treated by Ginaton injection while the other was treated by Dancen injection for 15 days. Results the total effective rate of therapy group was 90%, while that of comparation was 70%, and they had remarkable diference (P<0.01). It showed that the curative effect of therapy group was much better than that of comparation one, and No side effect was observed. Conclusions Ginaton can improve the cerebral blood circulation, promote the recovery of damaged nerves, lower the crippled rate. It has exact curative effect on acute cerebral infarction and is worth popularizating and using.更多还原
