【摘要】 目的分析氟罗沙星不良反应(AdverseDrugReactions,ADRs)发生的规律和特点,为临床选用药及药物安全评价提供依据。方法对国内近10年公开发表的有关的206例氟罗沙星ADRs进行分类归纳、分析整理。结果氟罗沙星的ADRs发生多种多样,静滴多发于口服、男性多发于女性、青年和中年与老年人几乎相等;以消化系统、神经系统、免疫系统症状为主;密切相关因素为老年人和过敏性体质及有精神症状的病人。结论应注意氟罗沙星的ADRs,安全合理用药。更多还原
