【摘要】 目的观察在常规治疗的基础上加上氯吡格雷对不稳定心绞痛(UA)近期心脏事件的影响。方法符合入选条件的患者随机分为常规治疗组(40例)和氯吡格雷组(42例),在常规治疗的基础上第一天300mg氯吡格雷,随后75mg每日1次,连续7天。结果7天后氯吡格雷组复合终点显著低于常规治疗组(11.90%比27.50%),P<0.05;而主要的副作用在两组之间没有显著差别。结论氯吡格雷对于降低不稳定心绞痛(UA)患者的近期(7天)心脏事件是安全有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects clopidogrel on cardiac accidets of UA based on routine therapies. Methods 82 cases of UA were randomly devided into two groups:General Group was 40 cases with routine therapy.Clopidogrel troup was 42 cases who were given with clopidogrel (300 mg immediately at the first time,then 75 mg daily,altogether 7 days)desides routine therapy. Results The complex end-points seven days later in clopidogrel group were significantly lower than those in General Group(11.90% versus 27.50%,P>0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel is safe and effective for reduscing recent cardiac accidents in UA cases.更多还原
