【摘要】 目的观察心先安注射液对老年慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法设治疗组和对照组进行临床对照研究。对照组予病因治疗,利尿剂,并加用依那普利、倍他乐克口服;治疗组在对照组基础上加用心先安注射液静滴,10￣14天为一疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组有效率为80.0%,两组疗效对比经统计学处理,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论加用心先安注射液静滴的治疗组综合疗效优于对照组,且无明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study Meglumine Adenosine Cyclphosphate injection on the chronic congestive heart failure elders. Methods In this study, 60 patients with the chronic congestive heart failure were divided into two groups randomly: the treated group and the control group. The patients in the control group were given routine treatment, Diuretics, Enalapril, and Betaloc; The patients in the treated group were given Meglumine Adenosine Cyclphosphate injection dropping more than the treatment of the contol group, one duration of treatment is 10~14 days. Results The effective rate of the treated group is 96.2%, the effective rate of the control group is 80.0%. There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The effect is better in the treated group with Meglumine Adenosine Cyclphosphate injection compared with the control group, and there is no significant side effect.更多还原
