【摘要】 目的探究有机磷农药中毒的临床护理对策。方法对87例有机磷农药中毒患者护理进行系统回顾,总结。结果有机磷农药中毒患者要及时清除毒物,防止继续吸收,及早使用阿托品。结论有机磷农药中毒是临床常见急症之一,口服中毒彻底洗胃,皮肤中毒反复清洗、更衣,及时应用阿托品,护理病情观察,及时调整阿托品用量是抢救成功的保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical nursing countermeasure to organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods We made a systematic reflect and summary about 87 patients who was poisoned by organic phosphorus pesticide. Results Patients’ poison things should be clean up as soon as possible so avoid continuing absorption and atropine shoul be used as early as possible. Conclusion Organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning is one of the common acute diseases patients taking poison orally should have their stomach cleaned completely. Patients whose skin is poisoned should be washed again and again and then use atropine to nurse at once . Patients’ condition of disease should be observed so as to adjust the measure of atropine which is the guarantee of successful rescue.更多还原
